Licensing is job-contingent. If you're not already licensed, we’ll support you through the process of obtaining your state insurance license.

What You'll Do

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Conduct insurance policy reviews and offer tailored coverage recommendations

  • Proactively engage in sales conversations with warm and cold leads

  • Help clients understand product offerings and identify coverage gaps

  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy servicing and renewals

What You Bring

  • Customer service or account management experience (insurance industry preferred)

  • A passion for helping others combined with a drive to meet and exceed goals

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Comfort initiating and navigating sales conversations

  • Willingness to become fully licensed (we provide guidance and support)

  • A positive, professional, and proactive attitude
