We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who is eager to grow, loves working with people, and is ready to begin a stable and meaningful career in the insurance industry. You’ll be backed by a supportive team and offered a clear path to success — including paid licensing support.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide friendly and timely service to customer inquiries

  • Assist clients with policy updates, billing questions, and claims

  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation

  • Work closely with agents to ensure excellent customer experiences

  • Identify opportunities to better serve clients and support retention

  • Help clients navigate insurance options once licensed

What You Bring

  • Customer service or sales experience (bookstore, retail, hospitality, etc.)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable multitasking

  • Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow

  • Licensed or Willing to Obtain – Must meet state insurance licensing requirements (we’ll help guide you through the process)
